NOTE: This agreement provides an Electronic signature option and one of our DVC experts will be in contact with you before your property is listed to assist you with pricing as well as answering any questions regarding listing your property for sale. Please make sure all owners are listed below. For each resort selected, all owners listed will get one contract per resort for signing.

We will also need a Points Statement from Disney. You can either provide your username and password for and we can get the statement immediately,  or you can follow the instructions below and send the statement to

You can then fax it to us as well at 407-239-0072, just be sure to add your Name / Resort/ and Contract # to the fax.

Log into your DVC Member account at then:

1) Click on My DVC Membership
2) Click My Vacation Points (under vacation points)
3) Click View Transactions (located on the far right)
4) Choose the contract number you are selling (if you have multiple) under "details for"
5) Then in "from" drop down box choose 2023
6) In the "to" drop down box choose 2026
7) Be sure to scroll to the bottom of each page and click "VIEW MORE"
8) Print or Save as a PDF (If you Print to PDF, you can either "Send to us in as an Email" to or yourself.
9) If you are selling multiple contracts, you will need to repeat steps 4-7
10) Then scan/email to or Fax the documents to 407-239-0072
