Hilton Head Island Resort Rooms

Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort is a small Disney Vacation Club property located on 15-acres of the South Carolina Coast. The resort offers a variety of accommodations, including Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom Villas, Two-Bedroom Villas, and Three-Bedroom Grand Villas. Each villa features views of the property’s woodlands or the nearby water.

Please note that due to local building codes, most villas are accessible only by stairs. Guests requiring elevator accessibility should indicate this at the time of booking to guarantee availability.


Deluxe Studio

Deluxe Studios at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort sleep up to four adults and feature one queen-size bed and one double-size sleeper sofa. Additional amenities include a small kitchenette, full bathroom, and a private porch or balcony.

One-Bedroom Villa

Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villa

Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort can accommodate up to nine adults and features one king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in a second bedroom, and one queen-size sleeper sofa and one sleeper chair in the living room. A full kitchen, two bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and a private porch or balcony are also included.

Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villa

Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villas are comprised of a combined Deluxe Studio and One-Bedroom Villa. These rooms sleep up to nine adults and include one king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in a second bedroom, and one queen-size sleeper sofa and one sleeper chair in the living room. Two-Bedroom Villas also feature a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and a private porch or balcony.

Three-Bedroom Grand Villa

The Three-Bedroom Grand Villas at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort provides the perfect blend of space and comfort for members and guests. Each grand villa sleeps up to twelve adults and features a master bedroom with one king-size bed, two additional bedrooms both with two queen-size beds, and one queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Rooms also include a full kitchen, four full bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and a private porch or balcony.

2024 Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort Annual Dues: $11.32 per point

Annual Dues or “maintenance fees” are paid yearly by Disney Vacation Club Members. These costs vary by resort and help cover real estate taxes, operating expenses, and administrative expenses for each resort.

Signals: Located at Disney’s Beach House, Signals offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, treats, and beverages for members and guests to enjoy for breakfast and lunch.


Additional local dining options are also available at Shelter Cove Harbour, located a short drive from Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort.


Shopping

The Broad Creek Mercantile Shop is a convenient general store selling a limited selection of groceries, sundries, and souvenirs.


Pools and Amenities

One of the largest draws for members and guests of Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort is the areas beautiful beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. Located a short drive from the resort, Disney’s Beach House sits on 3.5 acres of beachfront property and offers guests many comforts while they spend the day in the sun and sand. The property features a signature H-shaped pool, and also includes a kids clubhouse, air-conditioned lounge, and indoor games.  

Back at the resort, guests can lounge at the Big Dipper Pool, a 72,000-gallon heated pool featuring a water tower themed pool slide and a whirlpool spa. The nearby Little Dipper Pool for younger guests features a variety of whimsical features, including water-spitting frogs.

Nearby airports include Savannah Hilton Head International, which is 45 miles from Hilton Head Island and the Hilton Head Island Airport located 5 miles from the island.

Shuttle service is available to resort guests for easy access to the beach and Disney’s Beach House.
