New Lightning Lane Multi Pass & Individual Lightning Lane

Disney has introduced the Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Individual Lightning Lane Pass, replacing the Genie+ system, which is now available as of July 24, 2024.

Lightning Lane Multi Pass

The Lightning Lane Multi Pass allows guests to skip standby lines and use Lightning Lanes at Disney World. Here are the key details:

• Pre-Purchase and Pre-Selection: You can purchase the Multi Pass before your trip and make up to three advanced Lightning Lane selections for one theme park per day. • Attraction Tiers: Each park has two tiers of attractions for pre-selection:
  • Magic Kingdom:

    • Tier 2: Choose up to two from attractions like Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, and others​
  • EPCOT:
    • Tier 1: Choose one from Frozen Ever After, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Soarin’ Around the World.
    • Tier 2: Choose up to two from attractions like Mission: SPACE, Spaceship Earth, Journey Into Imagination with Figment, and more​.
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios:
    • Tier 1: Choose one from Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, Slinky Dog Dash.
    • Tier 2: Choose up to two from attractions like Toy Story Mania!, The Twilight Zone: Tower of Terror, Star Tours, and others​.

Individual Lightning Lane

The Individual Lightning Lane Pass allows guests to purchase access to individual high-demand attractions that are not included in the Multi Pass. These passes can be bought for specific attractions and do not require a Multi Pass. Some examples include:

• EPCOT: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
• Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.
