Disney’s Beach Club Villas offers members the ability to bring the elegance and relaxation of a seaside New England themed resort to Walt Disney World. Overlooking Cresent Lake, it is conveniently located both a short walk from Epcot and a quick ride on the Disney Skyliner from Hollywood Studios. With many nearby amenities, including various dining and recreational activities, Disney’s Beach Club Villas is arguably one of the most popular Disney Vacation Club resorts on property.

Beach Club Villas Rooms
Disney’s Beach Club Villas feature three types of accommodations: Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom, and Two-Bedroom Villas. All villas are designated as Standard View rooms overlooking the resorts garden courtyard area, Dunes Cove leisure pool, or a quiet wooded reserve.
Deluxe Studio
The Deluxe Studios at Disney’s Beach Club Villas can accommodate up to five guests. Each room features a queen-size bed, double-size sleeper sofa, and a single pull-down trundle bed. The room also includes one bathroom, a small kitchenette area, and a private porch or balcony.

One-Bedroom Villa
Although larger in size, a One-Bedroom Villa at Disney’s Beach Club Resort is listed as only being able to sleep up to four adults. While a fifth guest can be accommodated, no additional bedding, linens, or towels will be provided. These rooms feature a master bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. One-Bedroom Villas also include a full kitchen, and a split bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and two sink areas. Additional amenities are a private porch or balcony, and a washing machine and dryer.

Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villa
Two-Bedroom Villas represent the largest accommodations available to guests at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. Dedicated two-bedrooms can sleep eight adults with the option of a ninth, similar to the one-bedroom villas. These rooms feature a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a separate bedroom with two queen-size beds, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a stacked washing machine and dryer, and two full bathrooms.

Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villa
As a slight alternative to the dedicated two-bedroom, the Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villas at Disney’s Beach Club Resort consist of a combined Deluxe Studio and One-Bedroom Villa. This small change allows the room to comfortably sleep nine adults with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, one queen-size sleeper sofa, one double-size sleeper sofa, and one single pull-down trundle bed.

Nightly point costs at Disney’s Beach Club Villas begin as low as 15 points per night for Deluxe Studio accommodations. One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Villas also range from 27 to 37 points per night. During peak season, per night costs for Deluxe Studios and Two-Bedroom Villas represent one of the better values for Disney Vacation Club Members across all Walt Disney World properties.

Annual Dues
2024 Disney’s Beach Club Villas Annual Dues: $8.63 per point
Annual Dues or “maintenance fees” are paid yearly by Disney Vacation Club Members. These costs vary by resort and help cover real estate taxes, operating expenses, and administrative expenses for each resort.
Dining and Restaurants
Quick-Service:
Beach Club Marketplace: This quick-service food location serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is open from 6 am – 11:30 pm. Food options include various breakfast items, flatbread pizzas, made to order sandwiches, salads, and soups. Disney Vacation Club members can also find a variety of grab-and-go food options available that can be cooked in your villa.
Hurricane Hanna’s Grille: Overlooking the popular Stormalong Bay pool, Hurricane Hanna’s Grille is a convenient waterside bar and grill offering burgers, nachos, and salads, alongside specialty cocktails, beers, and wines.
Casual Dining:
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop: Sit back and enjoy a classic soda-fountain style diner at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop. Here guests will find all sorts of classic diner foods, including burgers, fries, milkshakes, and more. For dessert, guests can try one of the many specialty ice cream sundaes offered or take on the ‘Kitchen Sink’, which serves four. Beaches & Cream also offers a to-go window with a limited variety of shakes and ice cream available to guests on the run.
Cape May Cafe: Join Minnie Mouse and friends for Minnie’s Beach Bash Breakfast at Cape May Cafe. This character dining experience features a traditional breakfast buffet for all to enjoy. For dinner, Cape May Cafe invites guests to enjoy a seafood buffet straight from New England with crab legs, ribs, chicken, and more. Please note that characters will not be present at dinner.
In-Room Dining:
In-room dining options are also available to guests 24-hours daily. Menus within your DVC Villa will showcase the wide variety of American favorites and specialty items available at your resort.
Lounges:
Martha’s Vineyard Lounge: Open from 5:30 pm – 12 am daily, Martha’s Vineyard is a mellow beach-house style lounge located near Cape May Cafe. The lounge features a vast wine list and specialty cocktails. A small selection of appetizers are also available.
Pools and Amenities
Members and guests at Disney’s Beach Club Villas receive access to arguably the most popular pool at Walt Disney World – Stormalong Bay. This three-acre water wonderland features a gently sloping sandy beach, lazy river, three whirlpool spas, an elevated tanning deck, kiddie pools, and miniature waterslide. For the brave at heart, Stormalong Bay features a 210-foot-long waterslide, which is the highest and longest resort slide at Walt Disney World.
The resort also features two quiet leisure pools. Directly outside of the Beach Club Villas is the Dune Cove Pool, providing a fun community like atmosphere for guests and their families.
Lastly, The Tidal Pool, located at the far end of the resort facing Crescent Lake, offers a peaceful garden setting where guests can relax after a long day.

Transportation
One of the key features of Disney’s Beach Club Villas is its short walk to Epcot’s International Gateway. Water taxis are also available for a quick trip to Epcot or Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Guests can take to the skies on the Disney Skyliner as you travel to Disney’s Hollywood Studios or a variety of other Resort hotels. Disney Resort buses are available, shuttling guests to Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, and the Disney water parks.
