Aulani Rooms
Designed with families in mind, Aulani offers members a wide range of accommodations from cozy hotel rooms up to Three-Bedroom Grand Villas. In addition to a variety of room options, the resort also provides four different room views for guests to choose from: Standard View, Island Gardens View, Poolside Gardens View, and Ocean View.
Standard Hotel Room
As a ‘mixed-use’ hotel, Aulani offers the ability to book a standard hotel room in addition to the resorts DVC villas. Hotel Rooms can accommodate up to four guests and feature two queen-size beds, a full bathroom, and a small refrigerator and coffee maker.

Deluxe Studio
Although smaller than the resorts hotel rooms, Deluxe Studio accommodations provide more of the luxuries accustomed to Disney Vacation Club members. These rooms also sleep four and feature a queen-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa. Deluxe Studios also include a full bathroom, a small kitchenette area, and a private porch or balcony.

One-Bedroom Villa
One-Bedroom Villas at Aulani sleep up to five guests. These rooms feature a master bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a single pull-down trundle bed in the living room. Rooms also include a full kitchen, and a split bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and two sink areas. Additional amenities are a private porch or balcony, and a washing machine and dryer.

Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villa
Families looking for more space and privacy will enjoy the resorts Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas. Each villa consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, and two and a half bathrooms. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, and a private porch or balcony.

These villas also accommodate up to nine guests and include one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, two queen-size sleeper sofas, and one single pull-down trundle bed.

Annual Dues
2024 Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas Annual Dues: $9.76 per point
or if Subsidized Annual Dues: $7.34 per point
Annual Dues or “maintenance fees” are paid yearly by Disney Vacation Club Members. These costs vary by resort and help cover real estate taxes, operating expenses, and administrative expenses for each resort.
Certain Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas resale contracts feature subsidized annual dues at a lower per point rate than listed above. This subsidy will be indicated on the contract listing and transfer to the purchaser.
Please note that for all stays at Aulani, the State of Hawaii also imposes a nightly transient accommodations tax. This tax is calculated based on the number of Vacation Points required for the stay, and the annual dues per vacation point. The amount of tax will vary from year to year, and the tax rate is subject to change. Taxes are paid at the time of check-out.

Ulu Cafe: Whether you’re looking for a meal on-the-go or a cooked-to-order specialty, Ulu Cafe offers guests a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Little ‘Opihi’s – Beachside Kiosk: Hungry at the beach? This snack shack offers grab ‘n’ go selections, including chips, fresh fruit, salads, sandwiches, and more. Soft drinks, beer, wine, and cocktails are also available.
Lava Shack: Located in the Waikolohe Valley pool area, this convenient shop offers snacks, beverages, and sundries.
Mama’s Snack Stop: Guests looking for a quick meal or a savory snack while having fun in the sun can enjoy a variety of sandwiches, snacks, and sweets at this poolside eatery.
Pāpālua Shave Ice: Enjoy a refreshing and traditional Hawaiian shave ice treat to beat the heat on a warm day.

Makahiki – The Bounty of the Islands: Aunty’s Breakfast Celebration will allow you to start the day with breakfast, live entertainment, and your favorite Disney Characters! This buffet features family favorites, traditional Asian dishes, and even a build-your-own omelet station.
For dinner at Makahiki, guests can enjoy the “Menehune Mischief” Character Dinner offering a musical and story-filled character dining experience with Aulani Resort’s beloved “Uncle” and his friends. This meal features a variety of fresh, locally sourced options for the entire family. Please note that while this dinner buffet is offered daily, the character experience is only available on certain days.
KA WA’A Luau: Take an exciting journey through the history of Hawaii. Aulani’s signature luau experience features three hours of song, dance, and storytelling as guests dine on an extensive buffet of island specialties. The menu includes fresh salads, seasonally-sourced vegetables, braised imu-style pork, whole roasted Hawaii-raised suckling pig, slow-roasted prime rib, haupia-coconut puddings, guava cakes, and tropical fruits.
Fine/Signature Dining:
‘AMA’AMA: Enjoy contemporary island-inspired cooking as you overlook the Ko Olina Beach. This signature dining restaurant offers open-air dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with modern interpretations of classic Hawaiian Island dishes. Please note that there is a dress code for dinner service.
In-Room Dining
In-room dining options are also available to guests from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm daily. Menus within your DVC Villa will showcase the wide variety of American favorites and specialty items available at your resort.

Transportation
Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, is located 17 miles from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (formerly known as Honolulu International Airport). If traveling from the airport, guests will need to arrange for transportation to and from the resort, as no complimentary option is offered.
Companies such as Hele Hele Transportation and Platinum Limousine will provide reservation-based transportation services for a reasonable fee.
Free parking is also available for all Disney Vacation Club Members. Car rental is available at the Holoholo Desk. Alamo provides this service.
