Grand Floridian Rooms
The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa feature a variety of accommodations: Deluxe Studios, One-Bedroom Villas, Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas, Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villas, and Three-Bedroom Grand Villas. Members can book any of these accommodations in standard view or lake view except for Three-Bedroom Grand Villas, which are all lake view villas.
Deluxe Studio
Deluxe Studios at the Grand Floridian accommodate up to five adults. Each studio features a queen-size bed, queen-size sleeper sofa, and a single pull-down trundle bed. The room also includes a full bathroom, small kitchenette, and a private porch or balcony.

One-Bedroom Villa
One-Bedroom Villas at the Grand Floridian sleep up to five adults while offering more living space. These rooms feature a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a single pull-down trundle bed. These villas also include a full kitchen and a split bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and two sink areas. Additional amenities are a private porch or balcony, and a washing machine and dryer.

Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villa
Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas at the Grand Floridian can sleep nine adults with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, and one queen-size sleeper sofa and single pull-down trundle bed in the living room. These rooms also feature a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a private porch or balcony.

Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villa
The Two-Bedroom Lock-Off Villa category is comprised of a Deluxe Studio and a One-Bedroom Villa. These villas sleep ten adults with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size sleeper sofa and single pull-down trundle bed in the living room, and a queen-size bed, queen-size sleeper sofa, and single pull-down trundle bed in the studio room. These villas also feature two full bathrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private porch or balcony.

Three-Bedroom Grand Villa
Three-Bedroom Grand Villas can sleep up to twelve adults and represent the largest accommodations available at the Grand Floridian. These rooms include a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in each of the two additional bedrooms, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Grand Villas also have a full kitchen, three bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a private porch or balcony.

Nightly point cost at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa start at 17 points per night for Deluxe Studios, 33 points per night for One-Bedroom Villas, 46 points per night for Two-Bedroom Villas, and 112 points per night for Three-Bedroom Grand Villas. These point costs are on the high end when compared to other Disney Vacation Club properties.

Annual Dues
2024 Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa Annual Dues: $7.58 per point
Annual Dues or “maintenance fees” are paid yearly by Disney Vacation Club Members. These costs vary by resort and help cover real estate taxes, operating expenses, and administrative expenses for each resort.

Gasparilla Island Grill: This causal dining establishment is open 24/7 serving a variety of options including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night snacks.
Casual Dining:
Garden View Tea Room: Take part in an English afternoon tradition with this delightful tea experience complete with a selection of sandwiches, pastries, and other delicacies. In the morning, little princesses can take part in the Perfectly Princess Tea Party for a memorable morning with Sleeping Beauty, special treats, and gifts.
Grand Floridian Cafe: This American cafe gives guests a relaxed and casual dining experience with elegant Victorian charm. With a variety of favorite dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there is something for everyone at Grand Floridian Cafe.

Beach Pool: Overlooking the Seven Seas Lagoon, the Beach Pool highlights a 181 foot-long water slide, zero-depth entry, waterfall, walking bridge, and children’s’ aquatic play area.
Courtyard Pool: This leisure pool gives guests a relaxing place to unwind after a day in the parks. The pool features zero-entry, a maximum depth of five feet, and adjacent whirlpool spa.
