The resort features 450 villas. The resorts expires in 2057.

Aulani Disney Resort & Spa

Located on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, Aulani Disney Resort & Spa is roughly half an hour away from Waikiki’s gorgeous beaches and sits on a 21-acre beachfront property. Guests also have access to an infinity pool, a lazy river, and an 18,000-square foot spa facility.

With a budget of $1 billion, Disney turned Aulani into a vacationer’s paradise – the resort harbors a valuable art collection, beautifully landscaped grounds, and stunning Hawaiian architecture.

The resort has 481 rooms and villas. Rooms are available in Hotel Rooms, Studios, and 1,2,3-bedroom layouts. The resort Expires in 2062.

Disney’s Beach Club Resort

Tucked away in Epcot, right across Crescent Lake from Boardwalk Resort, you’ll find Disney’s Beach Club Resort. The Beach Club Villas are seamlessly integrated into a larger resort with a hotel. The compound features a glistening three-acre pool with a sandy bottom, a lazy river, a spa and fitness center, play areas, and hot tubs.

The resort provides boat service to the Disney Hollywood Studios and Epcot theme park, ensuring that you’re never away from all the action.

There are 205 villas available in studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts.

Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort

Bay Lake Tower is just a monorail ride away from Magic Kingdom, a renowned theme park at Walt Disney World. The resort offers four accommodation types that offer scenic views of either the theme park or Bay Lake. Highlights include the Bay Cove Pool with a 20-foot slide, whirlpool spa, bubbling fountains, and a children’s water play area. Guests also have access to two other pools at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.

Buyers can choose from a selection of deluxe studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas.

Disney’s BoardWalk Villas

This waterfront hotel features a carnival-themed pool, a contemporary American restaurant, a spa, and a fitness center. The overall look of the resort calls to mind the glory of Atlantic City at the turn of the century, with nightly entertainment from jugglers and magicians. It is a stone’s throw from Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Vacationers can stay at deluxe studios and one- and two-bedroom,  and three-bedroom villas. There are 136 villas in all.

Disney’s Grand Californian Resort & Spa

The property brings you close to Downtown Disney District and Disney’s California Adventure. With just 71 villas, it’s the smallest DVC resort. However, it is jam-packed with amenities, including the Redwood Pool, which features a 90-foot-long water slide, and Mandara Spa, which offers revitalizing massages and facials.

Buyers can take their pick from an array of guest rooms, artisan suites, club-level rooms, and signature suites that evoke the architectural styles of Charles and Henry Greene, and Frank Lloyd Wright.

Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort

The resort was made to look like a 1940s hunting lodge and features spacious villas set among mature oaks. Guests have access to a heated pool and spa, sandy beaches, and a general store.

Accommodations include deluxe studios and one- and two-bedroom,  and three-bedroom villas.
