Proposed 2022 Annual Dues for the Disney Vacation Club

It is that time of year when Fall leaves begin to change, the cooler air is in the forecast, and Disney Vacation Club announces their Annual Dues for the upcoming year. With 2022 on the horizon Disney has just released the 2022 “proposed” Annual Dues. Below is what DVC has budgeted for the new year (2022) for each resort and the percentage increases compared to the 2021 Annual Dues:

Animal Kingdom: $8.24 per point vs $8.08 in 2021 an increase of 2.03%

Aulani: $8.68 per point vs $8.36 in 2021 an increase of 3.83%

Bay Lake Tower: $7.09 per point vs $6.90 in 2021 an increase of +2.68%

Beach Club Villas: $7.54 per point vs $7.44 in 2021 an increase of +1.33%

Boardwalk Villas: $8.08 per point vs $7.81 in 2021 an increase of +3.43%

Boulder Ridge: $8.15 per point vs $8.11 in 2021 an increase of +0.50%

Copper Creek: $7.60 per point vs $7.59 in 2021 an increase of +0.15%

Grand Californian: $7.49 per point vs $7.00 in 2021 an increase of +7.00%

Grand Floridian: $7.01 per point vs $6.81 in 2021 an increase of +2.88%

Hilton Head: $10.07 per point vs $9.97 in 2021 an increase of +0.98%

Old Key West: $8.81 per point vs $8.36 in 2021 an increase of +5.37%

Polynesian: $7.39 per point vs $7.06 in 2021 an increase of +4.70%

Riviera: $8.39 per point vs $8.39 in 2021 an increase of +0.01%

Saratoga Springs: $7.33 per point vs $7.11 in 2021 an increase of +3.06%

Vero Beach: $11.94 per point vs $11.23 in 2021 an increase of +6.32%

These are the “proposed” Disney Vacation Club Annual Dues for 2022, however in the 27 years we have been specializing in the Disney Vacation Club, the “proposed” Annual Dues end up being the actual Annual Dues.

The average increase for dues each year is around 3% to 5%, and in 2022 this seems to be consistent with past years if not slightly under. If you take all 15 resorts and average rate of increase, it comes in just under 3% at 2.95% for 2022.

The Annual Dues will need to be paid by January 15th, 2022 and is not considered late until February 15th 2022. Members now also have an option to set up yearly automatic annual dues payments via credit card. Of if you are an existing DVC Member you can set up a monthly payment option with Disney Member Services to deduct 12 monthly payments from a checking or savings account.
